The town of Goffstown is home to about 17,800 residents and is located in the eastern part of Hillsborough County, directly to the west of Manchester. It covers approximately 37.5 square miles that offer quiet open spaces and an abundance of natural beauty, yet is near major cities. It was incorporated as a town in 1761. The town is home to Saint Anselm College and is short drive to the cultural and entertainment attractions the city of Concord and provides.
It is an easy drive to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport offering convenient air travel to most any location in the US and Canada. Goffstown is located at the junction of New Hampshire routes 114 and 13.

Median price in April was $234,500. This is down 2.7% from $241,000 in April of 2012. This performance was worse than all other towns in Hillsborough County. 3-month average median price of $220,000 in April was up moderately from $199,750 in March and up somewhat from $185,450 in April of 2012.

Days on market of 108 in April was up a bit from 99 in March and up substantially from 88 in April of 2012. This is the highest days on market has been since November, 2011.
